Hand Doctor in ArizonaInsurance can be confusing. At Hand & Wrist Urgent Care, we have representatives who can work with you even before you come into our office so that you understand the terms of your policy and the benefits that may apply to our services. We can also review your insurance policy and discuss other options that may be available to you that could save you money, such as our discounted cash pricing.

We can even act as a intermediary and bill your insurance company directly, saving you the time and energy of doing that yourself. However, it is important to realize that your policy constitutes a contract solely between your insurance company and you. Hand & Wrist Urgent Care is not a party to that contract. You are responsible for any required co-payments, deductibles, and non-covered services. Please note that your insurance company may not pay for all of the services you receive. If you have questions about what your coverage entails that we cannot answer, please contact your insurance company directly.

If you are covered under a PPO plan, a referral from a primary physician or other healthcare professional is not necessary to receive reimbursable services from Hand & Wrist Urgent Care. Please do verify this with your insurance company, however, as policies can vary.

If you are under another physician’s care or have been referred to us by another center and would like us to share your treatment information with them, we will be happy to do so. We are dedicated to your optimal health and will work with your doctor to be sure he or she is up-to-date with your condition and progress.

Out-of-town patients are always welcomed at Hand & Wrist Urgent Care. If you are planning to use insurance for your visit, please contact us as soon as possible to verify that your policy will cover out-of-state treatments. You may also want to take advantage of our discounted cash pricing.
